Important Notes
The asbestos cladding removal must be completed first. The garage demolition will only proceed after the asbestos work area has been cleared and confirmed suitable for demolition.
An independent asbestos assessor or competent person may be required to complete the clearance inspection, depending on the work requirements and client/site expectations. Clearance costs can either be included in the quote or charged separately if arranged by the client.
Any extra asbestos materials found during demolition will stop the demolition work until the material is assessed and safely removed.
